SoulJourner is dedicated to decolonizing and demystifying wellness and healing practices for those who stand to benefit most from a life-changing transformation.
In view of countless cherry-picked healing and spiritual practices that have been culturally appropriated in the US, SoulJourner is a program mindfully designed to be inclusive and respectful to all persons, ensuring we honor the roots behind the practices we benefit from. Specifically, H-Soul uplifts and celebrates African, Indigenous and holistic methods of healing as the foundation of the SoulJourner program.
Led by social activist and thought-leader H-Soul, our mission is to encourage cultural wealth, humanity, and leadership in communities of color, by leading the cultural shift towards values of freedom and a liberated soul.

The SoulJourner Team
VP of Navigation
Denver native, sixth generation pioneer, mother of three and grandmother of two. Born and raised with a food addiction, I found myself well over 300 lbs in my mid 30’s. To counteract my addiction, I had to adopt a healthy relationship with food and am now loving my colorful veganish (can’t survive without cheese and butter) plant-based lifestyle. As a SoulJourner my favorite outdoor activities include hiking and trail running! Happy to serve as your VP of Navigation as you embark on your journey through our SoulJourner Life Success Series!
head of storytelling
My soul's latest journey has been learning to relate authentically, in ways that honor our ancestral roots and our Selves. I walked away from a "successful" corporate career and a rigid, unconscious lifestyle, and have been watching life blossom ever since. Living by the SoulJourner principles has been a transformational shift that has put science and structure behind the spark. I am so delighted to be a part of this team, and to help share the SoulJourner lifestyle with more people. This journey is for everyone, and I can't wait for us to continue this adventure- together!
The seeds of my connection to SoulJourner were planted as a baby. Born to a Healer and a Farmer, I grew up surrounded by folx connected to Mother Earth. I am mother to two children, a gentle Autistic dyslexic and a passionate neuro-diverse bi-sexual Nubian princess. My werk -creating signature programs to change Systems- is dedicated to my children & other single mothers- although it’s truly for us all. I’m eternally grateful, & thankful, to be part of the SoulJourner program & team in creating this Werk. I hope my offerings honor All.
Since taking on the SoulJourner Life Mind ~ Body ~ Soul challenges, I’ve begun to lead my life with a deep understanding that healing ourselves and the societies we build - must come from the inside out. I believe great dedication to that idea is where sustainable social change happens. It’s been a journey of reckoning that I am excited to share with my children, my family and community. Together we can break generational curse, repair Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome and build systems within ourselves and our world that positively impact our future descendants.
